The Cookie Swap gift set program consisted of a Bakers Dozen tin with Cookie Swap Samplers and a Wax Melt Warmer with Cookie Swap wax melts.
To design gift packaging for gift sets that compliments and enhances the Cookie Swap Wax Program.
FINAL DESIGN BAKERS DOZEN TIN
To synergize this program with the Cookie Swap Label design, I brought the gold element of the dot burst pattern as the primary element and created a linear pattern to wrap around the body of the tin. White was a clear choice for a clean and modern backdrop to allow the Pantone 8383C spot metallic gold to pop. A simple gold lid with the branding was the final touch to link this tin to the Cookie Swap Program. Unfortunately, the compliant FPLA Regulatory Net statement had to be printed on the lid. The Luxe Joy gift box and bag for Q4 2016, that I had designed previous, also complimented this program as it would share a table set in store. I rendered the concepts in 3_d and mechanicals are below.
FINAL DESIGN BAKERS DOZEN WAX MELT
Following the tin design, the box was designed using the Pantone 8383C spot metallic gold as the base to frame the product inside. I kept the the front and back panels clean with just a simple white frame, as not to take away from the product. The side panels were the perfect surface to have fun with the dot pattern in white.
FIRST ROUND CONCEPTS
The dot pattern was the primary element from the start for the body and branding on the lid. I did an explore of treatments and styles in golds and whites. Above are four concepts from this explore.
