YC retail

Yankee Candle is one of the largest manufacturers and retailers in the home fragrance category worldwide.

Riding off the success of Candle Power, the SoHo Pop-Up shop, YC came to us seeking to disrupt and imagine the future of their retail experience to maintain their status as a retail category leader. YC wanted a scalable design strategy that would create a senses engaging, interactive experience, drive mall traffic and be financially viable. 

With rounds of CMI testing we developed and refined themes and concepts to craft an award-winning design system that elevated retail stores from the mundane to interactive experiences with a total of seven changeovers from Fall through Mother’s Day.
